Nani is doing her usual rounds in the hospital ward when a patient needs her to hold a portable urinal to his thick, heavy prick. But something's wrong--what must be holding back his urine flow? She kneads the organ and tries to orally suck out any possible blockage. But a thick stream of sticky white lovejuice saves the day and reveals that urination's not what the patient needed at all!
